Tester notice
The short version.
- This is a test version of Oxygene Finance, open for a short testing cycle.
- What you enter here may be wiped when the cycle ends, or when we move to the main site.
- Nothing you enter here is carried over to the main site.
- Rough, rounded figures are fine. You do not need to enter your real balances to test.
What this service is
You have been invited to try Oxygene Finance before it opens to the public. This test service runs for a short testing cycle. It changes often — sometimes several times a day — as we fix what testers find, so a page may look different from one visit to the next, and it may occasionally be unavailable for a few minutes.
Everything else about how we treat your information is the same as on the main site: our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy apply here in full.
What happens to your data
- It may be wiped. When the testing cycle ends, or when we move to the main site, everything on this test service may be deleted, including your account. We will email you before that happens if you have given us an address.
- It is not carried over. The main site starts clean. Nothing you enter here moves to it, so you would need to enter your figures again there.
- You can take a copy first. Settings, then "Take your data with you", downloads everything you have entered, at any time.
- Use rough figures if you prefer. The service works just as well with rounded or made-up numbers, and testing it does not need your real balances.
How to report a problem
- Send feedback, in Settings on the app or the web, or at the foot of the menu on the web. It attaches the app version and the page you were on, never your figures.
- Or email support@oxygene.xyz. If a page showed an error reference (it looks like ref a1b2c3d4), please include it.
- If you think something has shown you someone else's information, stop, do not keep a copy, and email us straight away. We treat that as urgent.
How to leave
You can stop testing at any time. To delete everything straight away, use Settings, then "Close your account", on the web or in the app. That deletes your account and everything in it from the test service at once; copies inside our backups age out on the fixed window our Privacy Policy describes. If you cannot get in, email support@oxygene.xyz and we will do it for you.
Information, not advice
Oxygene Finance provides information, not financial advice. Figures are estimates based on what you enter and on assumptions you can change. On a test service they may also be wrong because of a fault we have not found yet — that is what testing is for, so please tell us.
